Surrender Guidelines
We understand that deciding to rehome a pet is a difficult and emotional decision. Our priority is the safety, health, and well-being of the animal. Please read the following guidelines carefully before proceeding:
Due to our capacity, we are only equipped to accept dogs at this time. We are unable to process surrender requests for cats, rabbits, or other animals.
To initiate the surrender process, you must complete the official form via the button provided below. Please ensure all information is accurate and detailed to help us find the most suitable foster or adoptive home for your dog.
The final section of this form will require you to upload all relevant vetting records, legal documents, and complete medical history. Applications without these documents will experience significant delays in processing, as we must verify the dog’s health and vaccination status (including DA2PP and Rabies).
A non-refundable Surrender Fee of $150 is required upon the successful transfer of the dog. This fee is used directly to cover the costs of the dog’s initial veterinary intake exam, boarding, and immediate care needs during their transition.
